They are currently seeking a Regional Manager to oversee their expansive operations in the Alberta region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly oversee all operations of the company within the Alberta region, including the supervision of individual store managers and staff.
- Develop strategic plans to boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance within the region.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Alberta region and the company’s executive team, communicating business updates and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all locations are adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with store managers to set goals, establish budgets, and solve any operational issues that arise.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, customer service, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience within the region.
- Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company’s core values and mission.
- Support recruitment and training processes at the regional level, ensuring all teams are skilled, motivated, and well managed.
- Monitor and report on regional performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in a regional or area management role within the quick-service industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial planning, and strategy implementation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and employees.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in the use of business management software and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field would be an asset.
