YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build relationships of trust with HR teams by acting as a trusted adviser, able to understand and modulate business objectives and strategies into people-focused strategies that are both achievable and in line with BRP’s vision.
- Develop employee-focused retention and loyalty strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities and solutions to support strategies/objectives and solve business problems using HR expertise and knowledge.
- Support the development and implementation of HR plans, programmes and tools in collaboration with business leaders.
- Focus on strategic issues, trends and solutions that are focused on people and drive the growth and competitiveness of the new mobility division.
- Lead the implementation of culture change and business model adoption.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources, industrial relations, management, etc.).
- Organization, rigour and leadership.
- Experience in project management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in HR team management, coaching, strategy and operations.
- Communication skills in French and English.
- Creativity and a solution-oriented approach.
- The ability to think outside the box.
