  • Proactively identify opportunities and solutions to support strategies/objectives and solve business problems using HR expertise and knowledge.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR plans, programmes and tools in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Focus on strategic issues, trends and solutions that are focused on people and drive the growth and competitiveness of the new mobility division.
  • Lead the implementation of culture change and business model adoption.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources, industrial relations, management, etc.).
  • Organization, rigour and leadership.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in HR team management, coaching, strategy and operations.
  • Communication skills in French and English.
  • Creativity and a solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to think outside the box.
