Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Établir et entretenir des relations d’affaires solides afin de conseiller et de guider efficacement l’équipe de direction et les employés sur tout ce qui concerne les ressources humaines.
- Communiquer, favoriser et promouvoir les programmes et initiatives à l’échelle de l’entreprise en matière de ressources humaines, comme la participation et la reconnaissance des employés.
- Administrer les activités d’intégration et de départ pour le service des ressources humaines
- Soutenir les employés et les superviseurs dans l’interprétation des politiques et lignes directrices visant les employés.
- S’associer avec le service d’attraction de talents afin d’assurer le déroulement du cycle complet des processus de recrutement, de sélection et d’intégration des employés.
- Miser sur ses connaissances en matière de relations avec les employés pour résoudre des enjeux complexes sur le sujet et mener des recherches efficaces, exhaustives et objectives.
- Jouer le rôle de porte-parole de l’amélioration du rendement afin d’assurer l’actualisation juste et positive des processus de gestion des personnes, tout en déterminant les lacunes, offrant des recommandations et coordonnant les modifications à y apporter.
- Se tenir au courant du droit canadien du travail et des meilleures pratiques en la matière dans l’ensemble des provinces et se familiariser avec les pratiques de droit du travail aux États-Unis.
- Assurer la gestion rapide et cohérente des congés autorisés des employés, notamment les processus d’accommodement raisonnable.
- Develop and nurture strong business relationships to advise, counsel, and coach management and employees on human resources-related issues.
- Communicate, facilitate, and champion HR programs and company-wide initiatives such as employee engagement and recognition.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding activities for the HR department
- Serve in supporting employees and managers with interpreting employee policies and guidelines.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and ensure that the full cycle processes for recruiting, selection and onboarding are completed.
- Leverage employee relations knowledge to resolve complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Acts as a performance improvement advocate to ensure fair and positive changes in people management processes while identifying gaps, offering recommendations, and coordinating changes.
- Stay abreast of changing Canadian employment laws and best practices across all providences and work to become familiar with US employment law practices as well.
Salary: $105,000 + 10% Bonus
