As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

In accordance with the Health Information Act (HIA), Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) and other privacy legislation in effect, the incumbent shall comply at all times with AHS’ Information Privacy and Information Security policies. Must be willing to learn new data systems as required.

Demonstrated courteous telephone manners and familiarity with the community-based health programs is an asset. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office and Connect Care. Preference given to those with a post-secondary education and related experience.
