Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize data analytics to analyze operational performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors in Mandarin and English.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis, reporting, and decision support.
  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Leverage Shopify knowledge to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.
  • Working Hours: Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Shopify platform and e-commerce operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
