We specialize in strengths-based, person-centred counselling, Autistic-led peer support and job coaching for neurodivergent people and their loved ones. This position will range between 15-20 hours per week, and at times may be more.



Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including office management, scheduling, and coordination of staff activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement the agency’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring of expenditures to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements. Investigate sources of funding.
  • Human Resources Management: Supervise administrative staff, support hiring and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Program Development: Evaluate and improve service delivery models, develop new programs, and ensure alignment with the agency's mission and goals.
  • Marketing Management: Work with the social media and admin team to develop and implement strategic marketing programs, processes, and activities that align with the wider business objectives, while utilizing customer insights, tracking metrics, and optimizing internal processes to achieve success.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive client relations by ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, manage data collection and reporting, and ensure confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Communications: Act as a liaison between the Director, staff, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Crisis Management: Coordinate and manage agency responses to emergencies or crises, ensuring continuity of services and safety of clients and staff.

  • Passion for the mission of providing accessible and effective mental health services.
