About the Position

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring customer success? We are seeking to add an additional Account Manager to our existing dynamic sales team who will play a pivotal role in our commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding and addressing the needs of both new and existing clients to support their success with our product. This involves fostering long-term relationships and driving growth opportunities with clients and internal teams to thoroughly grasp and address any challenges customers encounter. You'll lead sales initiatives and elevate customer satisfaction, ensuring flawless communication and effective execution.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective communication and support for all stakeholders involved in customer success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients to identify growth opportunities and address any concerns.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the health and performance of client accounts.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, positioning our services as the preferred choice in the industry.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
  • Support the senior management team and director of Sales with annual business plans, goals, and targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in automotive or metal stamping industries, with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to work with a team or individually without supervision.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience with tier 1 suppliers.
