Job Summary:


The Presale Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to support the presales of real estate developments. This role focuses on coordinating all marketing activities within the presentation center, ensuring the effective promotion of properties, and maintaining high customer experience standards. The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in real estate marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of the presales process and local market trends.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the specific project and target audience.
  • Coordinate marketing materials design, production, and distribution, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and signage.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the project’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Oversee daily operations of the presentation center, ensuring it is always well-maintained, visually appealing, and stocked with relevant marketing materials.
  • Manage the scheduling and setup of the center's presentations, events, and appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries about the properties.
  • Making phone calls and setting up sales appointments.


Event Coordination:


  • Plan and execute marketing events, including open houses, VIP previews, and launch events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as caterers, photographers, and promotional staff, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Track event attendance and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of events in generating leads.


Lead Management:


  • Monitor and manage the flow of leads generated from marketing activities, ensuring the sales team promptly follows up on them.
  • Maintain a detailed database of prospective buyers, including tracking communication and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze lead quality and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.


Digital Marketing:


  • Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Assist in managing the project’s website and social media profiles, regularly updating them with new content and property information.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.


Market Research and Reporting:


  • Research the local real estate market, competitors, and consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and lead generation outcomes for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall project goals.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners, including graphic designers, printers, and media outlets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on marketing activities and progress.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing, focusing on presales and presentation center operations.


Skills:


  • Strong understanding of real estate presales processes and the local market in Surrey, BC.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work.


Additional Requirements:


  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required, depending on the schedule of presales events.
  • Ability to travel to different presentation centers and project sites within the region.
