Job description: Technical Sales Engineer

At Dynamix Agitators Inc, we specialize in engineering and manufacturing agitators and mixers for industrial process markets worldwide.

Members of our sales team are innovative problem solvers who use their expertise to improve our clients’ process solutions. We are looking for a technical sales professional who can work intimately with inside engineering and manufacturing to sell mixing solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the engineering design and manufacturing team to ENSURE our customers' experience IS EXCEPTIONAL.

· Define the client's technical needs, with an understanding of their process and operations.

· Articulate the value of our mixers and the value to their process

· Configure and select mixers according to training.

· Work closely with Application and Design Engineering to provide mixing solutions to our customers

· Manage existing relationships with quotes, follow-ups, and order processing.

· Maintain our Customer Relationship Management system.

Requirements

· 1-3 years' experience in a similar sales role.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to define customer specifications and needs in order to specify and quote an engineered product.

· Technical background is preferred

· Good command of MS Office products and CRM software.

Preferred Candidate

· Has worked in a technical or industrial environment.

· High energy self-starter is able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals.

· Has experience responding to RFQ's and tenders.
