Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. The Recruiter will utilize an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities, enhancing the talent pool for the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual: fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Tracker RMS is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Recruitment and talent sourcing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in workforce planning and scheduling is a plus
  • Relevant certification or diploma in HR or related field is a plus


Compensation: 50k-60k per year.
