The **Bilingual Recruiter** is responsible for the day-to-day administration and execution of recruitment, selection and onboarding activities within assigned regions across Canada, including our Quebec branches. This includes providing consultation and support to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring and onboarding process in alignment with applicable Provincial laws.

**What You’ll Do - Core Responsibilities**
- Recruitment_
- Working within the recruiting team, this role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for multiple assigned requisitions.
- Conduct and coordinate screening activities via phone, video and face-to-face.
- Execute various onboarding tasks, including internal coordination to ensure a great new hire experience for each new employee.
- Participate in the development and administration of recruitment projects, new hire orientation, and onboarding.
- Administer and track recruitment activities_
- With the support of HR management, execute short and long-term strategies to build and maintain viable talent pipelines, including partnership with educational institutions and participation in various recruitment events and job fairs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Communication_
- Conduct **English/French**translation for various HR-related documents, announcements, and communication as required, while maintaining compliance with the Quebec Office of the French Language.
- HR Admin Support
- Administrative support for HR management and HR-related projects and programs
- Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with the growth and development of the organization and the position.

**What You Need - Qualifications**
- Exceptional communication skills is a must-have
- Fluent bilingualism (French/English) is strongly preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in high volume, full-cycle recruitment
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Be social media savvy
- Strong organizational, administrative & documentation skills
- Possess a strong drive to meet deadlines
- Valid drivers’ licence in good standing, reliable vehicle
- Ability for occasional travel between work sites as required (
