This Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Innovative Product Support (IPS) team. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals committed to exceeding expectations through the development and enhancement of cutting-edge products for Opus and our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to our web portals, such as layout inconsistencies or functional errors.
  • Address user-reported issues promptly and effectively.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with team members to support the development and customization of basic web tools.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and updates to Product Managers and stakeholders.
  • Document workflows, minor technical updates, and troubleshooting procedures to streamline future maintenance.

Portal Development

  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing Opus' existing web portals with maintenance development tasks.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for updates to both front-end and back-end components.
  • Ensure portals maintain optimal performance, responsiveness, and page speed for a seamless user experience.
  • Support the launch of new features by developing user guides, creating external-facing examples, and preparing sales demonstration data.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst or support role.
  • Experience working with databases, particularly MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with project management software, particularly ClickUp
