Job Title: Senior Consultant – Audit Management

Duration: 1 Year (with a possible conversion to full-time)


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Audit Management to join our team. This role is critical for managing audits within our Technology Line of Business (LOB), serving as a key point of contact with Internal Audit (IA), and overseeing deficiency management processes. The successful candidate will need a deep understanding of technology audits, including data center and cloud technologies, and will be responsible for significant interactions with both internal stakeholders and external auditors.


Key Responsibilities:

Managing Audits for Technology LOB:

  • Act as the primary liaison with Internal Audit (IA) for Requests for Information (RFI) and responses.
  • Facilitate walkthrough meetings between the LOB and IA.
  • Organize and lead weekly touchpoint calls with LOB Executives and IA.
  • Review and assess audit responses provided by the LOB for alignment with IA requirements, ensuring quality and completeness.
  • Create and present comprehensive audit status reports.

Deficiency Management:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify, document, and address self-assessed deficiencies.
  • Track and report on the remediation of open deficiencies.
  • Work closely with deficiency owners and second or third-line teams to ensure timely closure of deficiencies.

Technical and Process Expertise:

  • Utilize a strong understanding of data center and cloud technologies to support audit management activities.
  • Apply demonstrated experience in managing or running technology audit engagements.
  • Possess excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present audit findings.
  • Experience in process engineering is considered a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in Audit Management, particularly within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of data center and cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology audit engagements with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in process engineering is advantageous.
