About the Role:

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Ukrainian and Russian to join our dedicated customer support team. In this role, you will be the voice of Remitbee, ensuring our customers receive prompt, friendly, and effective support. You’ll help resolve inquiries, provide guidance on our services, and contribute to building trust with our growing international customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support via phone, email, chat, and social media in both Ukrainian and Russian.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and platform navigation.
  • Resolve issues related to transfers, payments, and account verification efficiently and empathetically.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Payments, Technical Support) to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on Remitbee’s services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet customer needs.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Written and Verbal communication in English
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, fintech, or call centers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends or holidays when necessary.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, online payments, or money transfer services.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms.
  • Basic understanding of international money transfer regulations and compliance.
