Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related activities.

Duties

  1. Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  3. Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  4. Collaborate with the HR department to address any payroll-related issues
  5. Generate payroll reports for management review
  6. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to payroll
  7. Utilize payroll software such as QuickBooks, Kronos, Workday, ADP, or PeopleSoft
  8. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  2. Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  4. Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $26.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16.00 per week
