Job Summary

S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for all employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime information.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including tax laws, union agreements, and benefit plans.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit various reports, including T4 statements and other financial documents.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing and record keeping.
