Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Collaborate with the HR department to address any payroll-related issues
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to payroll
- Utilize payroll software such as QuickBooks, Kronos, Workday, ADP, or PeopleSoft
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $26.60 per hour
Expected hours: 16.00 per week
