Job Summary

Potential Security Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, and employment insurance.
  • Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Reporting: Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
