Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. This role will bridge the gap between our customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are deployed successfully, and issues are resolved efficiently. After deployment, the project transitions to the account management team, but you will play a critical role in the initial phase of their journey with Clay.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding: Gather project requirements, onboard customers, and ensure all necessary resources and documentation are in place for a successful deployment.

Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and coordinating between internal teams.

Training Facilitation: Schedule and conduct training sessions to help customers and their teams effectively use our software.

Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate issues to relevant departments, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

Collaborate with Sales: Coordinate with the sales team if customers need to purchase additional features or services.

Handover to Account Management: Ensure a smooth transition of the project to the account management team.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software products.

• Experience in the multifamily development or home building industry is a plus but not required.
