Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hybrid 3 days/week in the office in Downtown Toronto near Exhibition Go Station

Job Type: Full-time Permanent


Who We Are

Our client in the SaaS industry is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative who can provide stellar support and service to clients through multiple channels. Our ideal candidate is proactive and organized with excellent communication skills. They are a natural problem-solver, a great listener, and take pride in the service level they provide.


Your Day to Day

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide direction and information to clients and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team and/or stakeholders
  • Answer inbound phone queries in a polished and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with clients, offering proactive solutions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relevant reports to improve our service delivery
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • College or University degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Outstanding communication skills in both official languages, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated skill using Microsoft and Google Suite with a willingness and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be able to meet privacy and confidentiality requirements


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
