Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or professional services sectors. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
What will you be doing?
- Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates in healthcare and professional services industries
- Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the company’s database
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide account management with informed insights and recommendations

Requirements:
- At least 2+ years experience in healthcare and/or professional services (i.e. IT, office and/or finance)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Ability to service a diverse portfolio with multiple priorities

- Personable with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (i.e. LinkedIn and Indeed) and systems
