Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
  • Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
  • Support inside sales activities and manage operations
  • Establish and monitor KPIs
  • Coach, train and develop staff
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' of customer service management experience
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • 7+ years of B2B customer service and inside sales experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
