Our client, a leader in the bakery distribution industry, has been around for over 50 years in looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, from processing orders to resolving issues, all while maintaining strong relationships with their clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products, services, and order status.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently, working with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and any potential issues are proactively addressed.


Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and accounts.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with order processing systems and logistics coordination is a plus.
