We are working with one of the largest Low Rise Developers in the GTA. Candidates must have 2-3 years in customer service from the construction industry.

Role Objective:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Care Department at Head Office.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  1. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.
  2. Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.
  3. Keeping the Pre-Delivery Inspection calendar up-to-date, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
  4. Assisting with research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the Director.
  5. Keeping important information and documents organized physically and electronically.
  6. Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  7. Provide general support to the Director of Customer Care.
  8. Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  9. Producing and managing service work orders.
  10. Entering enrollments into the Tarion BuilderLink network.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – spoken and written.
  3. Ability to create reports or spreadsheets.
  4. Ability to learn quickly.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Basic computer and office equipment skills.
  7. Experience using Newstar operating system an asset.
  8. Ability to handle escalated customer communications.
Education/Training:

Graduate with a diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar work experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, scheduling, coordination and/or customer service.
