Benefits & Perks:

  • Compensation: Up to $20 to $21/hour
  • This role will be fully on-site at the client’s Etobicoke office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Over a year of experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrator is required.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with a multiline phone system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
