About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Account Reconciliation:Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account reconciliations.
  • Accounting Transactions:Record journal entries for various transactions, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
  • Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
