  • SAP Enterprise Portal Administration and Customization - Proficiency in configuring and managing the SAP Enterprise Portal, including setting up roles, navigation, and user interfaces.   • Payroll Configuration - Expertise in configuring payroll processes, including wage types, payroll schemas, and tax calculations.   • Documentation Skills - Experience in reverse engineering the SAP HCM solutions, documenting the functional specification for the HCM configurations
  • Development Knowledge - Basic knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, Integration & Middleware tools, Java and WebDynpro. Ability to work with ABAP developers to document custom payroll functionalities.
  • Planning and Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner and plan the work to meet the timelines agreed.
  • Problem-solving - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize solutions, and address business requirements effectively. Precision in configuring and documenting HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
