Position Overview:
PI Fine Art is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to spearhead our expansion into new market verticals within the Hospitality Segment This role is ideal for an experienced "hunter" who can bring and develop new partnerships. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by strategically positioning our unique art and design solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B client acquisition and sales with a deep and wide understanding of the hospitality and commercial development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client or Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding PI Fine Art's presence in untapped markets across the hospitality and commercial design industries. Focused on multi property ownership groups.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships at the executive level with clients, including designers, architects, developers, hospitality groups, ownership groups, and other key decision-makers.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Build a strategic pipeline by targeting potential partners and engaging with them to grow brand presence.
Client Communication & Project Management: Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
Trend & Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert understanding of current art and design trends, as well as PI Fine Art's innovative products and production capabilities.
Feedback & Insights: Communicate client and market needs to internal teams to ensure product offerings and pricing remain competitive and appealing.
Travel: Travel throughout North America as needed, over 50%, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and develop new business opportunities.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Sales-Driven Mindset: Strong "hunter" mentality, with a proactive approach to pursuing new business and building partnerships.
Industry Expertise: Established network in commercial development, interior design, hospitality, or related industries.
Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; personable, proactive, and able to build trust with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management abilities; exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and offer creative, client-focused solutions.
Passion for Art & Design: A strong interest in the art industry, is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Project.
Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., ) is an asset.
