Mister Safety Shoes is growing our_ _Customer Success Department and looking for an exceptional **Corporate Account Manager **to join our team.
This is a** Hybrid Work** arrangement position, working out of our Toronto & Mississauga locations.

**A day in the life**:
- You will be assigned a portfolio of business where you will be responsible for sales metrics maintenance and growth through collaboration with External and Internal partners.
- Using superior business acumen, and a positive approach to each customer understand their needs, and how to maintain and grow a successful Safety Footwear program.
- Engage with our Customer by utilizing virtual, phone and in person meetings based on customer success model.
- Collect data, create, and conduct Business Reviews on regular intervals.
- Using Salesforce to manage Client interactions.
- Resolve discrepancies and prevent future issues by being a liaison to both business and suggesting process and communication improvements.
- Keeping up to date with the full line of MSS products & services as well as all internal policies and procedures to ensure highest levels of customer success.
**What you bring**:
- Post-Secondary Education -preferably in Business or related
- Proven relationship management skills demonstrating a comfort level and effectiveness in seeking out & maintaining relationships with multiple contacts within an organization and delivering superior levels of customer service
- Ability to gain in-depth understanding of client needs, to ensure appropriate service levels with limited support and guidance
- Self-starter with strong time management & organizational skills. A demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while working with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and understand business needs.
- Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are required to handle both internal and external communications with tact and diplomacy
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Bilingual in French is an asset
