We are currently seeking an Administrator to support our Safety team in our Nisku, AB location.

This is a full-time position working on a 10 days on and 4 days off schedule on-site at our head office in Nisku, AB.

Responsibilities:

Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe to follow a set template to create updated corporate documents and procedures
Navigating folders and files from multiple areas and combining files
Create reports for the company and clients
Ensure documents are updated and circulated as required
Ensure site orientations and all requirements for pre-entry (including ticket verification, D&A tests etc.) are completed by employees prior to going to clients sites

Qualifications:

Obtained Safety certification through ACSA
Experience working with Complyworks and ISN - "International Suppliers Networld" is required
Previous education and/or experience in Safety is strongly preferred
Ability to create statistic reporting for the company and clients
Liaise with a variety of internal resources
Fast, accurate data entry and word processing skills
Proficient computer literacy skills
Strong knowledge of Office365 especially Excel
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe to manipulate documents from PDF to Word, split documents, edit PDFs etc.
Outstanding organizational skills that allow you to maintain orderly electronic and paper filing systems
The ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
