Dispatcher/ Operations Coordinator

At **Bravo Target Safety** our priority is to get all workers home safely every day. It is our duty to conduct all operations in a safe and professional manner with accountability to our employees, customers, and other stakeholders. We provide safety coordination, project planning and trained safety personnel for turn-around, construction, drilling, and day-to-day field operations.

**Bravo Target Safety** is currently seeking a **Dispatcher - Operations Coordinator** to join our team. The Dispatcher - Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding our customer needs, employee scheduling, along with fleet and equipment requirements required to support our business. This role requires acute time management and organizational skills while working as a team member to provide our management team, operations, administrative staff, and field staff with up-to-date information. This position is full-time on a 10/4 schedule based in Leduc, Alberta.
**Job Duties**:
- Maintain daily communication and documentation with the Operations team regarding personnel, equipment & material needs for delivery to and from all locations.
- Ensure daily activity reports (DAR) is completed for all personnel and equipment deployed to the field is maintained and updated daily.
- Communicate with Logistics and other support staff to ensure that all materials and equipment have been logged prior to being sent out to location and logged again upon return.
- Document daily discussions with other Operations Dispatchers.
- Ensure all daily time sheets have been reviewed, signed, and forwarded to the applicable personnel daily for processing.
- Review all copies of the Field Service Tickets to ensure they match up with the personnel, materials and equipment that are deployed or returned.
- Provide notifications to your supervisor in the event of any incidents immediately.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all current software systems.
- Assist with providing schedules or expertise concerning schedules to all sites.
- Coordinate leave requests for field staff ensuring trained relief coverage is in place.
- Produce clear and concise written and oral reports and briefings as required.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
**Requirements**:
- Be fit for duty daily.
- Comply with all of Bravo Target Safety’s and/or Clients rules and expectations.
- Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the job.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2 years experience as a Dispatcher in oilfield services, drilling, field operations or plant construction industries.
- The ability to work independently with good judgment to seek support and guidance when appropriate.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines.
- The ability to deal professionally with people who may become impatient, frustrated, or demanding in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
