As a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Manager, Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness, the Attendance Support and Wellness Coordinator will work in a team setting and collaborate with unions, Principal/Vice

  • Principals and managers to support employees during medical absences or to address attendance concerns. The

If you possess the above qualities, please submit a cover letter and resume outlining your education and experience in the following areas:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Disability Case Management, Human Resources or related field
  • Three years' experience in managing Work Disability Prevention, stay at work and return to work best programs
  • Two years current related work experience in a large unionized environment.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreements, human rights legislation, and information and privacy legislation
  • Experience using a HR information systems (HRIS); familiarity with Atrieve an asset
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience working in the K12 education or public sector is an asset
  • Valid British Columbia driver's licence and transportation to be present at all District location
