Job Description:

- Manage customer interactions across various channels such as phone calls, online chat, and emails.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, including providing tracking numbers, creating and providing return labels within specified deadlines.
- Process merchandise returns, assessing their eligibility for refund or credit note, and reintegrating items into the website inventory.
- Handle the reception, opening, and storage of supplier stock while maintaining accurate inventory on the Shopify platform.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in French and English (bilingualism required).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to write quickly and effectively in both languages.
- Aptitude for handling delicate situations and addressing customer complaints with empathy.

Disqualifying Criteria:

- Prior experience in the E-commerce sector.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with using the Shopify platform.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.

Description du poste:

- Gérer les interactions clients sur divers canaux tels que les appels, le clavardage en ligne et les courriels.
- Assister les clients dans leurs requêtes, notamment en leur fournissant des numéros de suivi, en créant et en fournissant des bordereaux de retours dans les délais impartis.
- Effectuer le traitement des retours de marchandise, en évaluant leur éligibilité pour remboursement ou note de crédit, et en réintégrant les articles dans l'inventaire du site web.
- Assurer la réception, l'ouverture et le rangement du stock des fournisseurs tout en maintenant un inventaire précis sur la plateforme Shopify.

Qualifications requises:

- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilinguisme requis).
- Excellentes compétences en informatique.
- Capacité à rédiger rapidement et efficacement des courriels dans les deux langues.
- Aptitude à gérer les situations délicates et à traiter les plaintes des clients avec empathie.

Critères rédhibitoires:

- Expérience préalable dans le secteur du Commerce en ligne (E-commerce).
- Expérience antérieure dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.
- Familiarité avec l'utilisation de la plateforme Shopify.
- Compétences intermédiaires à avancées en Microsoft Excel.
- Ponctualité et sens de l'organisation.
