You are an experienced Office Manager who likes to look after details and has experience supporting the daily operations of a vibrant business to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will support a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, office snacks supplies, and booking travel arrangements for employees
  • Managing and stocking all snacks and office supplies
  • Maintaining the office, and leading renovation projects
  • Ensuring workplace safety by upholding health and safety policies, standards, and procedures
  • Tracking inventory information and spending; and reporting it to the CEO monthly
  • Keeping important information, trackers and documents organized and up to date
  • Leading monthly team meetings
  • Assisting the HR team with onboarding new hires and health and safety compliance
  • Planning companywide events such as team offsites, office lunches, staff appreciation events, socials and critical client meetings
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
  • Be our goto person that is trustworthy, flexible, and a true team player

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ year of progressive experience as a reception, front desk, or office manager
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and office management skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
