This individual will be a key member of the Enterprise SaaS Consulting Team, which is essential in advancing Productive's Shop strategy by:

  • Strengthening Relationships
Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for and achieve, business growth targets through the presentation of Productive Shop products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forwardthinking, datadriven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify highimpact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an indepth knowledge of how Productive Shop services and products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the RFP and client outreach process to maximize business opportunities.

Process Improvement and Efficiency:

  • Implement process improvement initiatives to maximize customer experience.
  • Analyze external market trends and apply insights to activate innovative solutions.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales opportunities.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, enabling business intelligence and best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, web development or marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a businessrelated field.
  • 5 years of experience managing digital marketing
  • 2 years of project management experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, MPM (good to have)
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics to clients, and their impact on marketing strategy
