This individual will be a key member of the Enterprise SaaS Consulting Team, which is essential in advancing Productive's Shop strategy by:
- Expanding Market Reach
- Enhancing Customer Solutions
- Driving Innovation
- Strengthening Relationships
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:
- Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
- Plan for and achieve, business growth targets through the presentation of Productive Shop products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forwardthinking, datadriven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify highimpact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build an indepth knowledge of how Productive Shop services and products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Oversee the RFP and client outreach process to maximize business opportunities.
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Implement process improvement initiatives to maximize customer experience.
- Analyze external market trends and apply insights to activate innovative solutions.
- Develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales opportunities.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, enabling business intelligence and best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, web development or marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a businessrelated field.
- 5 years of experience managing digital marketing
- 2 years of project management experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, MPM (good to have)
- Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics to clients, and their impact on marketing strategy
