The Role


As a Human Resources Coordinator at Bronte Construction, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic HR department.

This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR policy implementation, all aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment.


A day in the life

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
  • Help manage employee records and HR documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist in organizing and implementing training and development programs
  • Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and RRSP contributions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR services
  • Perform other HRrelated duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
