Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Human Resources Officer to join our team at ELEMENTS CARRIER INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of selection results
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
