Responsibilities:

  • Verifies customer and order information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provides customers with product information, pricing, shipping dates, order status and special delivery information.
  • Coordinates with production, sales, shipping and warehouse to expedite or trace orders and/or deliveries.
  • Processes Bill of Materials to Engineering.
  • Completes RGA's and other required paperwork.
  • Assists customer service counter personnel with walkin customers as necessary.
  • Participates in inventory counts as required.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong computer and data entry accuracy skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced multitask environment.
  • Knowledge of tooling and/or woodworking industry an asset.
