Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets.
  • Going to the market and doing personal store visits.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

  • Monitor competitor products, sales activities and report.
  • Promote all new products launched by Vadilal in the market.
  • Doing payment collections as per given deadlines.
  • Maintaining Ledger Hygiene.
  • Recruiting, training and managing the team as the company expands in the Canadian.
  • Timely updates to external & internal customers.
  • Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detailoriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid Work Authorization
  • Good understanding of Indian Languages
