About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Automotive Sales Depot Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Office Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare minutes of meetings, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Front Desk: Greet visitors, direct them to the correct contact or service area, and provide general information about our company.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent written communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
