What we look for:

  • Some experience with aspects of procurement, and general experience with property maintenance and construction and a sense of humour
  • An administrative wizard who has a pretty good grasp of database management and an eye for details.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and a sound understanding of contract development and management.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years' postsecondary education in business administration, or related field required.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years' equivalent workplace experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior multitasking and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented.
  • Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
  • Working knowledge with accounting software and database management is an asset (i.e. QuickBooks, Yardi, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines (think cool as a cucumber)
