Join Our Team as an E-mail CRM Integrator at National Bank

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can contribute to the development and integration of e-mail campaigns using cutting-edge technological tools?

  • Develop and integrate email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Acoustic Campaign using HTML and CSS
  • Manage day-to-day email deployment for various projects
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Contribute to test design and execution, implementing A/B and multivariate testing
  • Define personalization elements in collaboration with targeting teams
  • Optimize content, design, and HTML types for higher productivity rates
  • Analyze data from email marketing programs to establish best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and complexity reduction
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a Master's degree
  • Proficiency in email marketing best practices, web analytics, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of AMPScript, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and data modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Previous experience in targeted communication systems and project delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and customer-centric approach
