As an experienced Office Administrator, you will strengthen the service to our clients and assist Beltech's continued growth.


The position will require you to have a high attention to detail and be well organized, with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quickbooks.

The position will entail,

  • Setting up new project files
  • Assisting engineering and maintenance with sourcing parts and materials for ongoing jobs
  • Entering purchase orders as required
  • Entering vendor bills as they are received
  • Assistance with Safety documentation with customers and subcontractors
  • Ensuring office supplies are kept fully stocked

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the office and with customers
  • 2 years experience as an Office Administrator
  • Completion of post secondary certificate or diploma in business administration, office administration or similar
