Responsibilities
Front Desk/ General Office Duties
- Provide general office support to management
- Create Purchase Orders (PO), Change Events (CE), Potential Change Orders (PCO), Contract Change Orders (CCO), Type minutes of meetings etc.
- Receive incoming mail; open, date stamp, review for distribution, distribute accordingly
- Receive incoming couriers; sign, open, review for distribution, distribute accordingly
- Receive incoming phone calls, answer or redirect accordingly
- Send and oversee outgoing couriers, FedEx, Purolator, etc. and reconcile accounts monthly
- Match courier slips to invoices for Accounts Payable
- Post / Deliver to Post Office outgoing mail daily
- Equipment maintenance & troubleshooting as required; mail machines, courier machines, photocopiers
- Administrative Support for Project Managers including; Purchase Orders (PO), Change Events (CE), Potential Change Orders (PCO), Contract Change Orders (CCO), Type minutes of meetings etc.
- Scanning uploading and naming documents into Builder Trend as required by Project Managers/ Project Coordinators or Executive Admin
- Assisting Superintendents sending supplies & documents to site as required
- Printing of documents as needed
- Manage and monitor project documents including files and binders
- Other duties as assigned
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
