Job Description:

As the Planning Manager, you will oversee the PMO planning and risk management team, set standards, provide training, and ensure efficient project scheduling. Your contribution will be vital to the success of Enerkem's project portfolio management and overall growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and implement best practices in project planning
  • Provide expertise in project execution strategy
  • Develop and implement planning standards and processes
  • Participate in schedule risk analysis and project monitoring
  • Collaborate with project teams for scheduling needs
  • Manage a risk management team and perform risk assessments
  • Collaborate with partners for efficient project execution

Qualifications:

  • University bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Experience in project planning and risk assessment
  • Minimum 15 years of planning experience in capital projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Fluency in French and English
