Over the years, we've impacted thousands of Canadians through our national events, courses, educational programs, and podcasts, in partnership with Deloitte, CPA Ontario, RBC, and others.

Our sister program, Illuminate Leadership Academy, is a registered private business high school in Canada, offering a curriculum inspired by Fortune 500 executives and Ivy League Professors.

About the Program
This professional experience is designed for learning and development purposes and is not an internship or employment.

As a student, you will engage in various communication projects (compensated through honorariums/scholarships), crafting content that inspires and educates others while promoting positivity.

This program is part-time and virtual, allowing you to balance your studies and other commitments.

Compensation
We value your contributions and recognize the effort you put into your work.

That's why all completed projects are compensated through scholarships/honorariums ($ CAD per project) through our Community Leadership Program ( This ensures you gain valuable professional experience while also receiving financial reward for your efforts.

Our curriculum is developed in partnership with Innovations of The World ( a global platform showcasing thought leaders and innovators.

This collaboration ensures that the content you create is aligned with cutting-edge ideas and practices, giving you exposure to top-tier thought leadership and innovation.

Write Educational Content:
Create articles, blog posts, and other written materials that educate and inspire your audience.

Promote Positivity:
Focus on topics that encourage positive thinking, resilience, and personal growth.

Career-Oriented Pieces:
Develop content that offers career advice, professional development tips, and industry insights.
