What you'll do:

Supporting the portfolio of the Community Granting Programs team, the Jumpstart Program Operations Student will be required to conduct research, perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement:

  • Research, analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Lead projects to support the current and future state of the charity
  • Support the maintenance of an inbox for parent/grantee inquires
  • Help Operations and Program team maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver additional administrative support as required across the charity

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
  • Background in sport & recreation is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong executional and time management skills
  • Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements, in a deadlineoriented environment
  • Ability to work i ndependent ly, be a team player, and demonstrate highly developed interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingualism an asset
