Hours:Monday to Friday
- 7 am 3 pm (extended hours may be required during busy season)
A typical day: - You'll be wearing a variety of hats so you need to be flexible and adaptable.
- Coordinating multiple activities while adhering to timelines.
- Working closely with internal teams following up on new requests and outstanding items.
- Updating documentation.
- Creating/matching shipments to purchase orders.
- Coordinating with vendors/drivers
Who we are looking for:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Someone who wants to learn and have fun.
