Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Northern Docks Systems in Cambridge, Ontario.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will assist the Construction Project Managers with project management and documentation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation, including review, completion, and return of project admin documents, contracts, and submittals.
  • Assist the project management team with day-to-day duties, including coordination with vendors and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors, and track job costing and profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attend project sites to support during construction project meetings.
  • Manage and track all projects through completion of the warranty period.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
