Penfolds Roofing & Solar has been providing roofing services in British Columbia since 1937.

We are expanding our team and are in need of Field Supervisors to oversee our various roofing projects throughout Greater Vancouver.

We are looking for outgoing individuals who are dependable, hard working, professional, and passionate about safety and workmanship.

If you are looking to get off the tools and into a leadership role this is the position for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing crews on various projects
  • Quality control inspections
  • Training junior employees
  • Reviewing estimates and quotes for accuracy
  • Ensuring adherence to budget
  • Job site planning
  • Overall site safety

Requirements:

  • 5+ years overseeing crew and/or roofing projects
  • Valid class 5 drivers license
  • Able to organize and plan your day accordingly, as there is a lot of autonomy
  • Indepth knowledge and experience in sloped and flat roofing systems
  • Red Seal an asset
  • RCI training an asset
